Country Fair Entertainment Park is looking for seasonal reliable individuals with prior management experience to work as supervisors/lead workers/assistants. This position requires the ability to manage other workers and monitor their performance. Successful candidates will have the ability to schedule workers, monitor breaks, maintain good written records of the days events and be good at hands on training and working.
MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ANY AND ALL STATION IF NEEDED.
These positions are for managers who are willing and able to work with the employees who they are supervising. Most lead workers will give the majority of breaks in their areas, will work to maintain the cleanliness of their areas and also will work directly with the public (including handling minor complaints).
Should be comfortable working with equipment and training how to operate it. Must be willing to work outdoors (in the elements) and have the physical stamina for long days of walking and prolonged periods of standing.
******* Must be available weekday evenings, weekends and holidays throughout the summer and be available until midnight. Must be available for training in the coming days. You should enjoy working outdoors,Working with children and parents, being a team player, promoting safety and understand the importance of following procedures.

The 112 Park Grille at The Country Fair Park stands as one of the most celebrated Amusement Park Venues in New York State.
The 112 Park Grille at The Country Fair Park is current seeking all catering & concession staff including:
A Line Cook is responsible for tasks that include cooking and preparing food items to perfection. This position requires a sense of urgency and adaptability. S/he represents Country Fair Park Concessions by providing service that exhibits professionalism, attention to detail, and the desire to create a positive environment. S/he will work directly with other team members to ensure that the guests' visit exceeds their expectations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform
Adheres to all service standards
Fulfills all job responsibilities
Work directly with both BOH and FOH team members to ensure all of the guest's needs are fulfilled in a timely manner
Communicates positively with FOH and BOH team members to ensure all guest requests are accommodated
Ensure menu knowledge to address any server or bartender questions about the menu; including food allergy issues
Follows recipes; Upholds specs and perfect presentation of every dish
Drives ticket times
Proper food handling and sanitation of work areas; ensures compliance with food handling requirements
Supports other stations and areas of the BOH as needed
Communicate with fellow team members and management to keep one another informed
Maintain neat and organized work areas; to include sweeping and mopping and Dishes as needed
Accomplishes all running and end of shift side work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the next business day
Notifies management immediately of any potential problem
Required Skills & Education
Desire to provide exceptional service throughout the entire shift
Strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team
Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
Must be able to handle high stress situations
Team Members must be 18 years of age at the time of hire
The Line Cook is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands include:
Remain standing for extended periods of time
Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 30 lbs., for short distances
Frequent communication with Managers and Team Members. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
