Customer may bring cake, cupcakes or ice cream cakes (freezer available), themed paper goods, balloons and decorations with the exception of table confetti, silly string, etc.
No other outside food, beverage or coolers are permitted.
Select your Party Date
Pick your date and party start time. Also select a rain date.
Birthday parties can be held any day of the week at 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, 5 pm, 7 pm.
Party area and host service available for up to 90 minutes.
Guaranteed seating for party guests only.
Rain dates are available and should be provided at time of booking.
(Go-Karts and Batting Cages CLOSE during rain)
Reservations Required
Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance to insure availability. As a courtesy to our customers reservations can be made over the phone.
The entire group must select the same attractions and food service. No substitutions.
Reservations are held for 15 minutes. We kindly request that you notify us at 631-732-0579 with any changes in your plan at your earliest opportunity. Thank you.
Party Set-Up
In order to allow each guest to create their own party theme. Balloons and decorations are welcome, with the exception of silly sting or table confetti.
Guests CANNOT bring in food, beverage or coolers to Country Fair with the exceptions of Birthday Cakes (cupcakes).
Advanced notice is required to order pizza.
Child supervision is always required.
Hostess is there to assist.
Payment Policies
A minimum of (10) ten guests per party. Payment is due before the start of the party. We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. No checks accepted. Any extra purchases made during the party must be paid at the end of the event.
