Policies

• There is a ten (10) person guest minimum. At least ten guests must be paid for at the time of the party. Minimum purchase is required regardless of coupon. **Birthday Child is Free with 11 guests or more**
• Invitations available to be printed off the website
• Each guest will receive one Country Fair Thank You Card at the end of the party.
  
• Absolutely no outside food, beverages, or coolers are permitted at anytime.
• Birthday Cupcakes or Cakes are the ONLY exception.
• Adult Supervision is required at all times.
• Entire party will receive the same entertainment and food package.
• Party will begin sharply at scheduled time- Please ask guests to arrive a few moments early
• Country Fair is not responsible for any ride coupons/tickets/bracelets that are lost, stolen or misplaced. Replacements may be purchased.

• Birthday Parties can be held any day of the week(11, 12, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 pm - ( subject to availability)
• Friendly host services are available to assist with your party. Please supply plenty of adults to supervise and accompany children at all attractions.
• To ensure the saftey of our guests, there is no running or climbing permitted in the park.
• Children will do all attractions first and go to the picnic area where they are given between 30-45 minutes of table time. Children will be served their food and in an effort to keep the party moving and children seated, the hostess will sing happy birthday at this time and begin to cut the cake while the children finish their meals. They will be served the cake immediatly following their meal.
• Guests must exit party pavilion promptly after cake/cupcakes but may remain the park until closing. If needed party hostess can direct you to another location within the park.
• As a courtesy to our guests, rain dates are available and should be reserved at the time of booking.
• Go-Karts, Laser Tag and Batting Cages close during rain.
• Rain checks are available if it rains during your party

• Parties can be booked Monday – Friday between 9 and 5 pm .
• Reservations can be taken over the phone or in person during these times.
• Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability
• A $100.00 Deposit is required. (Payment may be made over phone or in person)
• Reservations, Party Pavilion and host services are held for 15 minutes.
• Country Fair will issue a $100.00 credit should you need to cancel your event as long as you provide Country Fair with 2 hour notice. Should you cancel between 2 and 72 hour notice due to foul weather you may be eligible for cash refund. Please see terms and conditions of your contract. Prepurchased food/specialty food orders are not eligible for refund/credit.

• Country Fair Provides paper goods (plates, napkins, cutlery)
• NOT INCLUDED- Candles, Lighter, tablecloths, and cupcakes/cakes are not included
• Each guest may create their own party theme by supplying their own themed paper goods and balloons only
• Balloons, tableclothes are welcome. Piñatas/silly string/table confetti and other decorations are not permitted.

• Party must be paid for following food service. Balances from additional purchases are due at the end of the party.
• We accept cash or credit (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover)
• No personal checks
• Tax will be added
